Hey, I’m Jonathan and this is my Substack called The Unscheduled CEO.

It’s a place for me to dump my 14 years of knowledge and advice from running a successful small business! What business you ask? AJ&Smart! A 14-person company that makes multiple 7 figures of revenue and profit per year.

This is basically a hobby, a place for me to get ideas out of my head and into… text and audio I guess?
