ChatGPt is not longer my “lover under cover”. It is the new “iPhone” 🫣

Great episode, I love that you shared what the other leader or CEO mentioned about driving change. It does start with leaders driving it as a priority. I thought of sharing this quick article I share with leaders when I create a change management strategy, hope it is useful!

Oh, we all are. I am too. That’s our job :)

I’m just sayin that I agree with the future projection, however, there’s a graceful way forward and not as a panic. I’ve seen more than quite a few people feeling very stressed about losing their jobs to Ai and how they can quickly improve their Chatbot scripting to stay relevant. It’s the immediate reaction we have to most things that feel daunting. Everyone thought that computers would rule the world a long time ago. We will move with this new industry gracefully as designers and be smart about how we apply ourselves.

Hell yeah! Easily my most-used shortcut on the MacBook: “Option + Space” to open the chatGPT bar widget.

Glad to hear this. I got on the AI train awhile back, put it into my workflows and now giving those workflows away for free. The first AI Prompts pack for User Researchers was a recent vital hit. You can join the 500+ others who downloaded them here. New ones for facilitators coming soon https://subscribepage.io/aiprompts

You're dead right. ChatGPT+ is a permanent fixture on my desktop and 20% of the time I have Grok Premium open.

What Figure is showing with humanoids is insane. The [western] world will look like a different place in a 5 years.

After living in SF for a time, you gotta take SF with a grain of salt.

Yes Ai has a big part in our future but they also want to create a panic so that we feed Ai with our data and behavior so that their results get more accurate. That helps them reduce their failure rate and allows them to charge more money. We are guinea pigs for their products.

How much time do you spend combing ChatGPT's output for hallucinations, and it's lack of knowledge / basic understanding for glaring flaws? It's absolute death to be called out by a client for the sort of embarrassing mistakes that are intrinsic to LLMs.

Less important but still important...I obviously love the idea that I can 10x more effective with ChatGPT open on a tab, but I'm curious if you can share the evidence of the 1,000% increase? That's a really big number. Really big.

Im less interested in using these tools right now for client delivery, and more interested in massively speeding up things like our marketing and sales machine. And about asking me to "share evidence".... do you know what this podcast is? hahahahha! This isn't my job, this is my place to fuck around and get excited about shit.

I've added AI to every phase in my workshops and lead generation.

I started last year when someone in a workshop asked me why they still should hire me if they get a perfect agenda and all the exercises from AI. This was my wake-up call last year.

I've added cool tools to the discovery phase in my workshops.

I've added AI as a follow-up step in ideation.

I've added an HMW AI to the workshop.

We prototype with AI (UX-pilot, Claude, etc).

I even validate ideas with AI in workshops.

By doing this, I embrace the change to AI, and it feels like fun for people (and we are so much faster with a better quality of the outcome).

I've been thinking a lot about whether to jump on or get off the AI bus. Fully embrace AI and get stuck in, or leave the tech space all together and find something to do that's less disruptable. I hadn't considered that we're in the golden age of free / cheap AI... Use it to make money so you can afford to keep using it, or do something else.

Interesting take, i'm just wondering if there even is an "off the bus" with this? Like, it's going to disrupt almost everything besides maybe.... like... giving tours in national parks or something?
