great episode! Messy Music interludes should always feature going forward!
But more on the point -thanks for sharing honest thoughts as always. Busting the myth of the founder stepping back to make money while they sleep. It seems interesting that even in the age of AI where so many things will be automated, people even more need to have their hands on the wheel to make sure things don't go super fast in the wrong direction.
As you noted previously - there is still need for humans to make decisions based on AI research and data collection. Founder's have a particular gut level decision quality that goes beyond pure rationality. It's that bit of internal mania and wizardry that most take-over CEOs no matter how many MBAs they have cannot replicate even for the biggest companies.
Funny enough it's that same mad scientist energy that drives you (and others) to tinker with music. chasing a vibe that doesn't yet exist.
Plug that excited founder gut instinct into a team strategy signal, magic is sure to happen.
Yes! I wanna do an update episode on it at some point. tl;dr its made a huge difference to my life but Im also trying to work out when and when not to take it. For example weekends etc.
Well, there's way too many podcasts out there without music effects in the background
hehehe
Yes! 😍
If this is your way of scaring people away, you are failing miserably, Jonathan. 👻🤣🤣🤣❤️
