Introducing the new AJ&Smart
The first big rethink of our business in 14 years!

It’s finally done! We launched the new AJ&Smart!

Here’s the main stuff though:
As of today, AJ&Smart is split into 3 businesses: Facilitator.com, Studio, and Partners. Each business will still operate under the AJ&Smart business entity, but they’ll be free to pursue different business models, and goals and even have their own brand identities.
I say 3ish businesses because this Substack you’re reading now is also its own little business called Unscheduled, which also now has a shiny new domain name: www.unscheduledceo.com!
Here’s a quick overview of the 3 main new businesses:
Facilitator.com: As you can probably guess from the name, Facilitator.com is our new home for all things facilitation-related. It’s the home of The World’s Best Facilitation Training. Here we’ve also launched a lot of new products, like ECS, Guides, and overhauled our training offerings for Enterprise clients.
Studio: Studio is our boutique design and product strategy business. This is where we’ll continue to work on exciting digital and physical products, with a capacity to take on 3-4 projects per year.
Partners: Love making great products and building an audience but keep getting stuck scaling up your marketing? Stuck at the same revenue number for years but you suspect your product could be doing so much better? Partners can help! This is a mix of advising, coaching, and hands-on help for a cut of your revenue or profits. We’re only taking companies on here who know how to execute and have already reached over $500k in revenue.
There’s LOTS more to announce in the coming weeks, but these are the main things for now.
