I listen to podcasts while working out. I didn't think drink reviews could get me so zoned in for lifting. Weird combo, but it got me more amped up than workout music.
Ive been going through similar feelings of self-doubt for the last few months, so this really hits. I feel like I've been searching for the last couple of years for something that just clicks.
But part of me knows that what I really enjoy is the 'start' of things - new hobbies, new businesses, design sprints, etc
Once it comes to those stretches of time where I just have to do the same things over and over I just enjoy it a lot less, and I have to rely on discipline, schedules, and processes instead to get the results I want.
So thanks for sharing because this makes me feel a lot less insane.
Nocco and Kombucha have been my go to since I stopped drinking for that cool fizzy cracking a can feel, but they're both probably a little sweet compared to La Croix.
“I should put on a little music here for this drink.”
Perfect encapsulation of the vibe of this podcast for me, and why I keep coming back for more of your chaotic yet throughly charming and even most of the time insightful art project, Jonathan.
I HOPE the intro becomes more and more whacky with every episode. Like where will it be in a year 🤟🤟🤟

Hahaha this is amazing
Yew Drinks are nice, Dalton Soda is ace. Worth checking out.

The rapid succession of three sentences:
“I’m going to be burping.”
“This is a business podcast.”
“I should put on a little music here for this drink.”
